Reserving the Trophy House for Your Event

In keeping with the purpose of the Foundation, the Trophy House is available for lectures, seminars, meetings and other events. Owned by the estate of Mrs. Mortimer Fuller and situated on property owned by the Foundation, its secluded location offers a retreat-like setting and a unique space which could be used effectively for small scale musical or theatrical productions as well as for catered events. An adjacent parking lot holds 50-75 cars. Car pooling is encouraged.

Although the Trophy House is maintained in part by the Overlook Estate Foundation, Inc., the Foundation also wishes to provide for many needs including, but not limited to, modest grants and scholarships for local organizations and students. Therefore, we request nominal donations from those wishing to make use of the property. These will be based on estimated custodial and maintenance costs.

We are accepting written requests for use of the building for meetings of community, cultural or non-profit organizations. We will also consider requests for private parties. Any person, group or organization using the facility will need to sign damage and/or risk waivers and/or present documentation of their own insurance coverage where appropriate. We will provide a standard use agreement and will forward it when we receive specific requests.

Thank you again for your inquiries. We hope we will be able to accommodate your requests and that you will continue to be involved in our plans, projects and proposals for the future.
